Case Management System Implementation
Designed a comprehensive organizational change management strategy and plan to migrate over 200 locations on disparate systems to single case management tool. Included the design of change leadership training for sponsors, change network plan, learning plan and communication plan. Coached client on developing leadership ownership of change initiatives.
Workday Student Implementation
Advised client on overall change management strategy, particularly focusing on leadership engagement. Designed leadership engagement strategy including communication and learning plans. Facilitated leadership development and change network activities.
Start-up Cultural Shift
Drafted plan to enable the rapid growth of a start-up organization by focusing on required cultural and tactical needs. Components included infrastructure to support developing leaders and manage talent; modern tools for managing performance and cultural engagement; coaching on communication and advisement on employee-facing processes and procedures.
Enterprise Risk Management Software Implementation
Directed the implementation and led change management activities for a new risk management software. Educated project teams on change management principles, mapped changes, and executed comprehensive training and communication plans both to users of the system and internal customers served. Designed an engaging and empowering approach to ensure user readiness. Monitored success through rigorous testing and feedback mechanisms. Regularly reported to executive steering committee. Tracked and reported operational efficiencies achieved due to adoption of technology.
Leadership Transition
Developed a strategy to navigate a young organization through the retirement of a president and the installment of his successor. Identified key stakeholder groups, created communication and engagement plans, and facilitated leadership team-building activities. Conducted feedback sessions and planned ongoing engagement activities to build trust in the new leadership. Coached leaders in building an inclusive and connected culture.
Enterprise HRIS Implementation
Led organizational change management for the implementation of Workday and the decommissioning of six legacy systems, impacting 70,000 users across 270 locations. Conducted stakeholder assessments, developed and executed tailored training, and facilitated a change champion network. Provided ongoing communication to stakeholders and executive steering committee, assessed organizational readiness, and fine-tuned execution plans based on feedback. Measured and reported success of change management initiatives; designed mechanisms to address resistance and sustain change.
"Culture of Safety" Implementation
Led the organizational adoption of a "Culture of Safety" to enhance employee engagement and reduce workplace accidents. Partnered with operational leaders to establish safety standards, develop training and accountability measures, and create a recognition program. Designed a communication and engagement campaign to launch the initiative, and managed sustainment activities. Collected and reported data on safety performance, resulting in a 50% reduction in workers' compensation costs and workplace injury rates.
Cultural Transformation via Employee-Facing Policies
Assisted in reinventing company culture by revising enterprise-wide policies to reflect inclusivity and respect. Developed communication strategies, trained leaders, and revised new hire orientation to promote a collegial tone. Measured success through culture surveys, resulting in increased engagement scores and decreased turnover.
Enterprise HRIS and Timekeeping Software Implementation
Directed the implementation of Workday and UKG/Kronos for payroll and timekeeping, replacing ADP Workforce Now. Assessed impact on various organizational populations and devised a comprehensive change strategy. Oversaw the design of extensive training, change champion and communication materials. Established a ticketing system to support users through and after launch. Designed and launched sustainment plan and activities.
